The apartment
Ground floor with south-facing terrace and private garden
Casa Petra is on the ground floor of the Bahia de Vera complex. In front of the living room is the terrace with awning, dining table and two reclining chairs, with a small garden beyond. The terrace faces south and gets sun almost all day. If it gets too hot at midday, just roll out the awning.
The living room has a dining area for four, a smart TV and Wi-Fi. The satellite system also receives international channels. The kitchen has been newly fitted, with a ceramic hob and oven. The washing machine is in the kitchen too.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes: one with a double bed, one with two single beds. The living room and both bedrooms each have air conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The apartment is cheapest from November to February. The indoor pool is around 32 degrees even in January.
Location
Vera Playa on the Costa de Almería
Vera Playa is a small resort in south-east Spain, on the Costa de Almería in Andalusia. The Bahia de Vera complex is right in the middle of the naturist area.
The beach is about 300 metres away. The sandy beach stretches for kilometres and is one of the best-known naturist beaches in Spain, with showers, toilets and several bars and restaurants. Along the promenade you can walk to Garrucha and its small harbour. Some of Spain’s best golf courses are also nearby.

- There are lots in the area. The nicest is the Sunday market in Villaricos.
